Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account (email address, a public handle, and optional profile picture), and data about how you use the service (e.g. which passports you start and complete) to provide and improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the service, personalize your experience, send you transactional emails (e.g. verification), and, if you opt in, occasional product updates (e.g. monthly digest) or a personal monthly wrapped summary of your activity. You can change these in Settings → Notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and your rights
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can update or delete your account and data through the app or by contacting us at support@collectari.com. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data.
